Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before June 8, 2025 (6 weeks prior to July 20) will receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund – 50%: Cancellations made between June 9 and June 20, 2025 (from 6 weeks up to 1 month before July 20) are eligible for a 50% refund.

Partial Refund – 25%: Cancellations made between June 21 and July 6, 2025 (from 1 month up to 2 weeks before July 20) are eligible for a 25% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made after July 6, 2025 (within 2 weeks of July 20) are non-refundable.
